Portrait Session Competiton.

Ever since I started photography, I have had a fascination with photographing people. I have spent most if not all of my photography career photographing myself, getting to know myself better with each photo. One of my biggest goals with my work is to get to know people, and help people get to know themselves.

I offer portrait sessions, where people can pay to have themselves photographed in my style, however they feel they want to be represented in a photo. To re-launch this part of my business, I have decided to release my first ever portrait session competition! 

This is a competition open to everyone and anyone within the UK. I hope to avoid any limitations, with the aim to give people an opportunity to enter and potentially win a free photo session  with me. Yes!! First place in this contest is a free photoshoot (valued at £85.00) with me, capturing you however you want to be seen. The even more amazing thing is that all verified entries get a half off voucher for a portrait session with me, so even if you don’t win- you’re a winner!

Why enter?

I hope this contest can be a way of bringing attention to the portrait commission part of my business, bringing you lovely lot my way! I more importantly hope that in doing these session with people, I can bring out some confidence in you, seeing yourself in a new, honest way.

Also this would be an amazing Christmas gift to nominate someone for, as they would get a voucher to use for half off a shoot!

How to enter:

1) Head over to my Instagram or Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/ThomasOscarMilesPhotography / https://www.instagram.com/thomasoscarmiles/

2) Comment on only one of the posts (either my Instagram or Facebook post not both) either nominating someone to have a session, or entering for yourself. 

3) When you comment, write why you’d love the session, or love for the person you’re nominating to have one, write something you’d love to work on with yourself, or something lovely about the person you’re nominating!

4) Tag as many people as you like to also enter (these don’t count as entries)

5) Share the post!

What do you win?

- The 1 winner gets a free custom portrait session with me (valued at £85.00) This will be in my style, but will capture you however you want to be captured, the shoot will be orientated around you. You’ll also get 15 portraits sent via email.

- All entries then will get sent a voucher for half price off a standard portrait session with me (voucher valued at £42.50) These vouchers will be sent through private message, custom made with your name or Instagram handle on it. You’ll also get 15 portraits sent via email.

Terms:

- Only one entry per person, but you can nominate as many people as you like! Each nomination is an entry for that person.

- All entries must be in by November 1st.

- Comment on only one of my posts (Instagram or Facebook) why the person you’re tagging or you should have a free session.

- Vouchers will be sent out when the winner is announced and can only be used by the person who’s names on it.

- Must be in the UK and able to try to Shropshire, added charges may be applied for travel.
